47 String Double Action This concert harp, the first one ever made in Australia, has a bright clear treble with a wonderful full bass. It has an extended soundboard and gold-plated action and fittings. The column, made of Queensland Rosewood, is hollow with a core of carbon fibre for added strength. The neck is also made of this beautiful timber and the soundboard is made of spruce veneered with Alaskan yellow Cedar. The stringbands are made of Maple and the dotting from Australian arid region species. The ball and claw feet are cast and gilt and embellished with Banksia leaf decoration.
